We should mention that the smartphone was launched in India in February this year. The company has now launched a new colour variant of the device in the country however, there is no change in the specifications. The Samsung Online Store has also started selling the White colour model of the Galaxy A30. Samsung Galaxy A30 was launched at Rs 16,990 initially. But last month, the company dropped the price of the handset by Rs 1500. After the discount, the device is now available at Rs 15,490 in India. The White coloured variant of the Samsung Galaxy A30 has been announced at Rs 15,490 by the company. We should mention that the company has launched six other handsets of Galaxy A series namely Galaxy A50, Galaxy A30, Galaxy A20, Galaxy A2 core and Galaxy A70 in India. All of these are priced in the budget and mid-range segment of the Smartphone market. Samsung Galaxy A30 specifications As we mentioned earlier, the company has only launched a new colour variant in India and the specifications of Galaxy A30 have not changed. To recall, Samsung Galaxy runs on Android 9 Pie and features a 6.4 inch full HD+ super AMOLED Infinity-U display. The handset is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7904 SoC and it comes with 4GB RAM. The device has 64GB of internal storage and it can hold a microSD card up to 512GB. The Samsung Galaxy A30 sports a dual rear camera that comprises of a 16MP sensor and with an f/1.7 lens and a 5MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens. It also comes with a 16MP sensor on the front along with a fixed-focus f/2.0 lens.
At the back, it sports a fingerprint sensor. Samsung Galaxy A30 houses a 4000mAh battery which supports 15W fast charging tech through USB Type-C port. Lately, Samsung has also rolled out a new update for the users of Galaxy A30 in India, Malaysia and Thailand. The update includes new Slow-Motion mode in the camera, better compatibility with third-party apps like Telegram, the stability of the proximity sensor, and improved stability of audio and earphones sound.
